The Temperate Biome

    The temperate biome is very different than the rest of the biomes because it has seasons. Each of the animals here have ways of dealing with the cold of winter and the heat in the summer. Some ways include hibernating like the bear during the winter or creating a shady den to stay cool in during the summer.

    Common animals that live here are bears, deer, sqiurrels, and raccoons.

    Weather here is always different based on when you are here. In the winter it will be cold and snowy. Spring has a lot of rain and warm air. Summer brings on the heat. Autumn has windy days and cool rain.
